I recently got a Yamaha SRV 540--she's a blast to ride.
What do I need to do maintenance-wise to the sled? Are there any grease zerks or anywhere I need to hit?
Any suggestions on where to get an Owner's Manual? The Yamaha pubs site was out of stock.

Nice,i always liked the srv's,they still give newer fancooled 550's a hard time
Well, first you can change the gear oil in the chaincase, and maybe the chain if itws badly worn.New sparkplugs, and maybe a new v-belt.
There are nipples(?) placed around the front suspension that you can fill with grease,i do this every year. You can also tighten up everey bolts that has anything to do with the sterring,it improves the steering much if it have not been done in a while
These are some minor things you can do that wont cost to much, and are TOTALY worth the money
If you plan on spending a bit more, you can alwas change or rebuild the rear suspension, new steering iron's on the skis(i dont know what you call those in english),and change the pistons and gaskets
Good luck

If you find grease zerks on the rear suspension you have my old sled. We had Sportland Yamaha in Champaign put zerks in the rear suspension a long time ago. The sled would also have a PSI pipe, 40MM carb and Comet clutch if it is still configured as we sold it.
