I have a Phazer II. I am going to put a standard 121" track on it. However, I want to get a 1.5" lug, with this clear the tunnel or do I have to drill new supension holes to lower the supension ride height? thanks

I believe you can use a 1.5" track if you change over to small drivers on that sled. Not positive though, so you might want to take a look at the sled and measure how much room there is above the current track between the tunnel on top and in front of the skid.

How much room is sufficiant between the top of the lug and the tunnel? Maybe a inch or so?

1.25" will fit with the stock 8 tooth drivers. Anything bigger will require 7 tooth. A 1.25" works real well on a phazer.

Im with ryan. I put a 2" paddle on my sxr and only thing i did was changed the drives.
On that phazer I would go 1-1/4 and not change anything. gets costly for another 1/4". For the 1-1/2 and 7tooth drives you will loose some top end.
With my 2" paddle and smaller drives I still lost a little top end..but it ROCKS in powder.
Good luck Brent
