I have just completed the shim trick and replaced mucho bushings and bearings in the rear suspension. My questions are:

1. I checked the spec sheet from the tech section and it says the limiters should have have 25 mm thread length showing. Which end of the adjuster do you measure?

2. What is the stock shock setting? How many mm of threads showing do I need to set them at for each shock in the rear? I am assuming you measure the threads showing on the "non-spring" side of the adjuster ring.

3. Finally, what should my belt neutral position be? I believe this is the gap between belt and the sheave on the primary.

Thanks!

Call Bruce at B-Lime Control and he can give you all the suspension setup info you need (651)257-0828. He is a former Yamaha sno-cross team suspension tech.

As for the belt measurment, you are going to want to check your clutch offset and center-to-center measurements instead. I believe the measurements are on the belt guard sticker along with other set up info.
Once properly aligned your belt should be flush to no more than 3mm above the OD of the secondary clutch.

I have the same sled and if you want to really wake yours up put Turk's aggresive trail clutch set up in it and do the silencer/airbox/head gasket mods.
I have a modified silencer I will sell you if you need it.
