had one stuck so bad once i ended up taking ski, spindlle and all to the press. your going to need a new bolt when your done. pb blast, roll the sled on its side. let it sit, soak it some more, and the ever helpful BFH.

If it is any work to get it off then take the spindle/ski combo off the sled and work on it on a bench like Snowdad4 suggested. It is so much easier to work on it when it is not at floor level.
Also a punch on the end of a air chisel really might help out over a BFH.

The bolts corrode themselves to the collar that sits inside the spindle, which is the cause of your problem. As others mentioned, a decent size hammer should get the job done but youll want to replace any of the hardware that gets damaged during removal. Good luck

BFH and punch or wood, it'll come out.
