thanks

Darn Tootin'
I made a couple for Vipers . . .
I would likely buy a kit now, as there are several well below $200, but at the time there was only a couple available and they were both over $200.
I still like Lefty's the best, but it is too expensive ($300).
I used a small bicycle brake handle, some cable and cable guard, a bicycle perch, a throttle bracket fabricated out of some aluminum angle stock, and a cable stop.
I used some simple (I'm no engineer) engineering formulas to get the right amount of "throw" on the throttle bracket to make up the difference in the travel of the 2 throttles.
The biggest thing to pay attention to when selecting parts (besides the "throw") is the mounts on the brake handle and the perch, as they will need to fit on the handlebars and not interefere with anything. It is also a good idea to seal the end of the cable guard off somehow, so it doesn't freeze up and stick (better know where the kill switch is).
I may be able to get some pics later today or tomorrow.
