just put a ripsaw track on my srx and it does howl down the trail but i noticed when you punch it over anything hard like a log or dirt the hole sled vibrates like hell and it sounds like the lugs are going to rip off,can someone tell me if they tear out easy

Did you check your W arm from cracks? The track could be misaligned because of it.
The track could be ratcheting on the drivers. Check track tention. I installed antiratchet drivers on my Viper to fix it. Anytime it got a really good bite it would ratchet.

Nope I have one that is clipped every third and mine runs great!......I have taken the tunnel protectors and the heat exchanger protectors off though. Is the track rubbing on one of these things? I also run only 1 inch of drop (slack) in the track when hanging. Does it sound like it is ratcheting? (slipping on drive wheels)
ripsaws have to be much tighter cause weight .....tighten it up a turn or 2 and see if it gets better

My sled started shredding my belt today, cords coming out the sides of the belt, fibers coming out the hood and such. Sled started vibrating like the track was out of balance when I got on it, much like a tire being way off balance. Anyways, I put the new spare on, the vibration was gone.
Just a thought.
