how hard is it to change the plugs wires. do you have to replace the coils? i pulled back the boot on the coil yesterday and it looks like they are glued in or something. can you get like accel wires for a 4 banger ( the ones you make yourself) and use those? i have one with a plug boot that's loose and every now and then it half pops off.

If you are talking about the spark plug cap (resistor cap), I do believe they unscrew from the plug wire, or, you can cut them off very close to the cap and install NGK units. I am unsure if the wires unscrew from the coil, I almost believe you have to buy the coil assembly to get new wires as they are glued into the casing like you said. The NGK replacement ends screw into the ends of the wire. If your stock cap is loose on the wire, you may be able to cut back on the wire 1/8" and re-screw the cap back on. If your stock cap is loose on the plug, you'll need a new resistor cap. NGK units I believe are around $6.95
 
I pulled mine right out of the coils, used a drimmel tool to clean out the epoxy Also had to taper the yellow wired just a little & then glued the new wires in!

That's VERY interesting!!!
 
The boots are likely off a twin yami. That's where mine came from.. Becareful and only use oem yami ones. The kimpex ones dry root in about a year or two. Been there done that.
 
nice boost bottle ...olny thing i see that could be a problem is that the boost bottle is suppost to have the same volume of air as the cylinder it self ...looks like there is alot more compaired to a regular boost bottle ...
