1991 Phazer II Pilot Screw setting?

I used to set them at like a turn or turn and a half out (been awhile) and then warm it up to operating temp. Then I would adjust them by going in or out till the highest idle rpm was achieved. Dial the idle back to where I wanted it, and do the other carb the same way. Always worked for me and it was then right for my sled not the best guess of the factory.

Stock settings are on the belt guard. Ryan B has the right way to do it.
