First time putting in new brake pads. By looking it all over you should pull the secondary sheave unbolt the jackshaft and the jackshaft should pull out of the brake disk? replace inside pad and put back together! It looks pretty easy.

Brakes
Don't take all that apart . Unbolt the 2 caliper bolts . Slide the disk over towards the clutches and pull out the brake pad . The disc is on a spline and should move around . The disc rusting to jackshaft is very common . If it is oil it and bang it over .
