For those of you putting New belts into your sled you may notice a squeel at low speeds, this is caused from the new belt being wider because it is not broken in causing it to be too tight on the secondary.

a new belt is approximately 34.5mm wide
a broken in belt is approximately 32.5mm wide

To eliminate the squeel you have to remove the three bolts behind the secondary, these are easier to reach if you remove the secondary from the shaft.

Take the 3 bolts out and remove the washers and put the bolts back in, Keep the washers someplace where you wont forget them, because you will need them once the belt is within spec.

And that will give you proper belt deflection and no more squeel.

Daman can chime in with the picture.

also making sure your clutching center to center(a) is within spec for your
