just wondering 98 heads are 8dn 00 and the 01 heads are 8dn 10...they same compression numbers or are the 01 heads to much compression for 98 motor? thanks guys

The 2000+ heads have a tighter Chamber size. Not by much, It will work fine on a 98 SRX!

'01 heads won't be too much for a '98 motor. you'll be fine.

Just a TAD much for trail! LOL!!!

I would say 100-200, all depends on the seller and his situation. What are done to the heads you have now? Selling?

What else did you do to them? Is the squish angle stock? CC?

Personally I'd run 2000 Heads, not the 98.
