hey guys the hand and thumb warmers on my 01 srx arent working any common issues with them i noticed a orange and white wire in the wire harness have been cut off might this be the cause
yellow and red for handwarmer and light green for thumb

well that sucks where are these wires supposed to go and is there any likely reason why they would have been cut

so these arent the cut wires that run my hand warmers then
where are they ??? is it orange and a white wire ???
only white and orange wire i see goes to coil .......

yeah orange and white in the main harness down beside the carbs

yeah the coil has them as well but these two are just cut off and hanging there
check at cdi if u have 12 volts on the yellow with a red stripe with the motor running at 3500 rpm with resistor at maximum............
if u have the white and the orange cut the engine will run only on middle cylinder ....if it run fine maybe someone put new wire

yeah i was wondering about that cuz it does run on all three thats likely what went on but ill check for power at those wires thanks guys
