2-way radios

i am looking into 2way radios to use mainly between the 2 sleds. any advice would help like brand models and what not.

We use the chatterbox x-1's. We had chatterbox frs sport models for 5 years and they were starting to get old and crackly. We switched to collett 900's because a lot of our friends had them. The collett's were garbage and my wife took hers off of her helmet after a couple of hours. I kept mine on to talk with others and give them a try. They sounded like an old transister radio,very tinny and the range from radio to radio was terrible. After that trip we ordered the chatterbox x-1's, tried them out and they are great! it has great sound quality, almost sounds just like your ipod,and the range is unbelievable even through the thick of the forest! We ended up giving the 900's away.
We have owned and used both and in our opinion the chatterbox x-1 is the best communication system you can get.
