I have two my main one is a 1989 chevy 4x4 1/2 ton that I paid $100.00!! for it 
My other one is a 2004 gmc 4x4 1/2 ton stepside" which doesn't get much use" since the 1989 chevy come on board!

We use a 96 Chevy 2500 Suburban, 4X4. 454, 4.10 gears, OEM 8 ply tires, OEM Super Duty tow package. We pull 3 to 4 sleds in an enclosed Rance Renegade 24' trailer. I install the extra wide mirrors on the doors when towing the wide trailer. The Suburban is our shop tow vehicle for towing boats. I have towed as large a 35' 19,000 lbs. I have a 496 ready to drop in when the ol 454 gives up.
