Help! Yamaha Sno Force IV Helmet

In Search of Replacement Parts for a brand new Yamaha Sno Force IV helmet. The shield ratchet mechanism broke the second time I used this helmet. As you can see from the posted pic the plastic nub and spring broke away and the backing plate cracked.

Local Yamaha Dealers say they have no replacement parts for this helmet and cannot tell me who manufactured the helmet so that I can get new parts.

Can somebody please help me with this.

Yamaha Model # is SHE-07M4G-BK-MD

don't they warranty the product,demand a whole new Helmet..I would.

Try port yamaha. The Sno-force III is a HJC CL-12 and the IV is a KBC TK-8.
