what will happen If I dont torque the sparkplug? someone said that you have to torque these? Is this true? or just snug? thanks, Pete

Just nice and snug,but if you want to get technical 14 ft,lbs
Try to replace your plugs when the head is cold if possible. Use an inch pound torque wrench to get the feel of 168 inch pounds of torque. Once you have an idea of this quantity you will be able to tighten with a general ratchet wrench. Most ft. pound torque wrenches will not be accurate at such a low torque. Al
