Checking for rub through under motor

How hard is it to pull out the main harnnes under the motor on a 02 viper ER i have no problems know but i want to make sure its good and add some wire loom around it just to keep it from happening. does any one have any pics or any info on how to do it.

I do not think Vipers had this problem? just srx's..fixed in late '01 then '02

Im going to post a pic of how I re-routed my harness OVER the motor, through the holsters on the airbox, down the divider between engine and clutches and back along its normal path to hood...Ill snap a pic when I get home

I've seen a few Vipers with damaged wiring from rubbing on the frame. The one I ride mostly now, did it in 2 different places.

If the frame clamps and ties are released, the harness comes right out. Just tie a string to the end (before you take it out) to pull it back in.

also i was wondering about the wireing that go to the control boxs is is thier wires that are to short and break or is that the same as the rub through.
