Rear shock

I was wondering if the rear shock on my 04 viper s can be rebuilt.

Unfortunately, the 2004 Viper S uses steel bodied NON-rebuildable shocks. To replace them with OEM is very expensive. I picked up some used KYB aluminum shocks from an older viper and had them re-valved to my specs. Much cheaper than replacing the stock 04 S shocks.
