I just redid my suspension I put a new track on 1.25 rip saw with 8 tooth anti rachet drivers i also went to 136 length track with ext. my problem is the front shock hits the track when your riding the sled not when you have it off the ground only when your on it any help would be great
Tighten the limiter straps?

check the brackets that bolt to the rails on the shaft that the front shock mounts on. mine let go and as soon as the suspension compress's the shaft rotates down and the shock rubs the track.

check your bushings in the front shock, they will be wore out, replace them with bearings, they will last forever.
