My kid's 2000 500 SXR, oil light on always. Oil pump is working. Is just the oil sending unit replaceable, or do I have to go with a whole new tank? It looks like it may be glued to the tank. I didn't take the air box off yet, so I couldn't get my fat hands in there. On the Yamaha on line parts it just shows the tank, not the sender by it self. The sled is at the cottage where I don't have alot of tools or heat to mess with this. I would like to know what exactly I need before I start taking this apart. Thanks in advance.
