You recieved the parts I shipped to your address in Ancaster Ont on november 24. Today is Jan 08 & I still have not recieved payment.
If payment is not recieved by Monday I will take this to the next level & the ancaster authorities will be given your adress with all the corresponding e-mails & reciepts of deliveries. You messed with the wrong guy.

turk, i see i'm not the only one on this site, getting ripped off. sorry, to here that you're getting taken advantage of. i hope you get your payment from this guy and that you come out ok. right now i'm getting jerked around $500!! what a year.

IMO....the people on this site that don't pay for product, or don't ship product once payment is recieved, should be removed permanently. us good guys have no need for them here.

People beware..don't MESS with Turk and that means you RZ500.

If you do have to resort to police action, hopefully you have some rights, because you are accusing someone under their jurisdiction of basically "stealing" something, while you are in another jurisdiction.
We had a sort of similar situation occur on another forum. Many times the police dept you are calling won't even listen to such accusations.
It's messy at best, so hopefully he just pays up. You have a tracking #, so you at least are armed with some good info.

Your next best step if he does not pay is to get a local TY'er to get him to pay up. That is easier than getting the police involved.

I figured he would have paid up after the last round of posts. Turk, you have more patience than I, put the screws to him!
 
turk i got burnt from a guy on here that sold me a bad crank. told me he sent another, never got it' then he said he will refund money to my paypal never happend now he doesnt answer my pm, i think these guys should be off the site

I had a similar situation where I had to file a police report and have them(my local police dept) forward information of my situation to the other Police dept. because the out of town police dept could think that it is a prank and WILL NOT take any info from you. Gotta follow the proper channels... :rulez:

file a claim with paypal . you will get your money back. you only have 45 days though. that's why i always buy parts with paypal.

That only works if you pay with paypal and never receive the goods.
 
so, many more of you have been getting raked over the hot coals by other members too? i think we should make a list of all the guys that have ripped us off, and they should all be gone permantly by the mod team. anyone else agree?
 
ya but tom would be able to tell ...by the ip address i belive ...could ban the ip address but than they could just use another provider or a friends computer ...i think we need to work on the reputation score ....i have sold and bought a number of parts here and have 0 for my reputation nor have i left any for other members just cause i forget about doing so ....everytime i buy parts i wonder if it will be my turn to get ripped off ...so i olny buy from people who have been with the site for a while and have a few hundred posts .and that visit the site on a regular basis ...but that is no gurantee i wont be had ....just curious how many other sites these guys are running this scam on and ripping guys off of there hard earned sled money ...

In the situation I'm speaking about, there was no $$ exchanged, so it was heresay.

Maybe the guy that was accusing in this case did not do it the proper way because he knew he was wrong?
 
TURK.... PM me, im from flamborough. Ancaster is literally 10 minutes from me, bunch of my friends live there im there at least 4-6 times a week.

Edit: I can also get you all the local police numbers and forms, then fax them to you or email them to you no problem.
