Went riding tonight with buddy, he hit a rock and lost all of the coolant. Towed sled back to shop, found front heat exchanger bent and cracked, Since exchanger was very small and the rear exchanger was plenty large, I advised of bypassing the front. I cut opent the belly pan slightly and pulled both hosed and installed a pipe to join the coolant lines. After bleeding the system test ran fine. Has anyone had any issues without running front heat exchanger on Exciter II? We are going for another ride tomorrow morning.
