07Phazer won't start

Any trick to starting an 07 Phazer in cold weather? The sled just came from the dealer and received the ECM update. The sled worked fine in the cold before the update.

Call back your dealer and say WTF my sled won't fire,,did you place this
on the 4 stoke side,may get more hits there..

The update was to the ECM to help the sled start in extreme cold conditions. The sled started fine in -20 degree F temps last year. I didn't question the upgrade since this work was part of a recall. Someone missed the boat with this fix???
