hi there all i inherited 1987 exciter 570 the motor was out of it and i had to put another one in it .well i didnt take it out and my buddy had to cut most of the oil and fuel lines to remove , well guess what i dont know how the oil resivoir lines go to the pump and to the visual oil level lines on the front right side of the cowel . there is 3 oil line ports comming from resivoir on the oil pump there is 2 large hose barbs and 2 smaller hose barbs the smaller ones go to plastic fuel line connector prior to fuel pump and the two larger barb fittings on the oil pump im not to shure one supply from bottom ot the oil tank and the other barb fitting on the oil pump goes ????? any help with this system will be awsome .
i also have a set of psi performance racing pipes twin pipes i need to know what jets to go with im using stock butterfly style carbs the pipes are made by psi performance any help on this will be outstanding as well. please getback asap as i need it ready for next weekend thanks all

The Yamaha service manuals have diagrams that show the routing. I do not have one for an Exciter but maybe someone can post a picture for you. Other than that, it will be good for you to have a service manual anyway. Watch eBay or you can get one from Yamaha. Another option is to look at an Exciter if you know of one in the area.
