My suspension makes a rubbing sound when hitting bumps with my wife on the back. I watched the video on adjusting the pro action but some of it didn't apply to me. I adjusted the front shock out farther but that made that rubbing sound all the time. I just adjusted it about halfway from where it was and where I had it last night. Would a bigger spring help. If so what kind. And last if anyone has experienced this where is the rubbing happening.

Check the track tension should be about 1" with approx 20lbs with the track in the air.
If its too loose it will rub if its too tight it will not move as well as it could
