How do I get to this frickin thing?

Well, you adjust it in the middle of the cable near the carbs. There is a rubber boot covering the adjustment nuts. Peel them back and you will see.

Follow your oil cable down from top look for this adjusting joint,then pull the rubber sheves back exposing the adjuster then measure the gap here after pulling the two halves appart,set that gap to 22mm.

but first you need to set idle then throttle end play.
