Ok so I have read plenty on the high idle hang. Its been real cold lately so its really hanging alot. I have homemade remote fule adjusters(tough to tell where there currently at) I plan on pulling the carbs today and checking how many turns out they are. The question is if they are out to 2and1/4 what is the next size pilot jet option. Dealer has 5o's thats it.
p.s I also have carbon fiber reeds
and spacers with k n filters.

how bad is the hang??
not so bad when its above 20*f. little worse around 10*f. hung alot at 0*F. I ask because 50 is all the local dealer has and were going to be riding in below 0*f wed and thurs.

i would just pick up the 50's. start w/fuel screws at 1-1/2 to 1-3/4 or something like that.
Just got back all they had was 2 50's so ended up getting 47.5's. Friggin 26$ fer 3.

Let us know if it helped!!
well short blast down alley in 15*f felt alot snappier and after it warmed up idled about 1800 give it a little choke and it would start to die so I think its just right. Need more time on it though.
