I need to run Premix in my 84 Phazer for a little bit. is 50-1 a decent ratio or should I go heaver?

i run 32 to 40:1 and don't have any problems fouling plugs
all depends if the oil pump is still in operation or not as to what ratio to use. too much oil and you will foul plugs

Stock motor I'd go 40:1. I ran my old mod motor at 32:1. Engine builder told me that oil was cheaper than pistons. Jet accordingly.

spark plugs are cheaper than pistons as well

you could do 50:1 no problem at all but yea 40 to 50 and let er rip...
