Hi guys, I'm a brand new member here, just picked up a 2002 SRX 700 from my uncle this fall. I'm experiencing an engine light code, actually two of them.. One is 7 flashes, mainly related to high speed operation, and then the other one is three flashes. Intervals would be .5 sec. I believe, where the start up test light is 3 @ 1 sec. intervals. Power valves were just replaced last spring, so the 7 flashes probably has something to do with brand new valves. Thanks for any and all help!!

problem in the servo motor,check all wires to servo then check pv's again
they may need adjusting...
to test remove pv cover lower idle to under 900 and see if the serfvo
cycles.

Right on guys, thanks for that. I'm sure there's a link somewhere around here on how to adjust my rpms down to 900.

One more question, can riding with a servo mis-adjustment cause any permanent damage to the motor?
will pull cables out of the end of the valve ......
