anybody out there running a tempa flow system, if so, how does it work out for you. just been reading about it, thought i'd ask before trying anything.

You will find just as many good reviews as you will bad. As is with everything, It usually comes down to human or operator error. If you are careful on start up, I've heard they are an excellent add-on. It's the guys who wanna just fire the sled up and go like a raped ape from the get go that have the problems. Follow the manufacturers instructions and you should be fine.

I've TempaFlo installed on both of my sleds and haven't yet had a hint of a problem...

For me they've been working great, BUT, you have to be conscious of them at all times... Driving away after a short cigarette break with your buds and pinning the throttle immediately will definitely get you in trouble... Installing them incorrectly and not fully understanding how they work will too give you headaches...

Maintains a more constant jetting through a wide range of ambient temperatures and thus helps fuel consumption (to some degree)....

Lots of mixed opinions on their saftey.... do some reading and decide for yourself...

I have one on my 02 Viper. Been on there for over 10,000 miles. Pulled pistons and replaced rings amd pistons at 9,500. Engine looked and measured as new when micing cylinders. I now have over 12,000 miles on it. Set up properly and used properly they work. Never pound it after sitting for a break. My plugs always look cardboard brown. I run mine slightly rich, one notch richer than recommended. My experience, others may be different.

I have 5000+ miles on my Bender piped 700, like the others have said, use caution after a rest stop. It is nice when it gets warm out and your sled runs as though it is -15.

I've had one on mine for several years. When installing I had a few questions and I called Barry Holtzman and he was very helpful and took ime to explain exactly how it works. The unit has performed as advertised. As Viper Dave said the plus are always a chocolate brown. I run mine a notch rich also. Very pleased with the unit.

the biggest thing is to get your base jetting set my buddy burnt his down so we jetted as it was -20 and it works great i think if it really cold you have to be jetted right for it to function properly
