Silly question but how do you leave members feedback ratings?

Buying and selling some stuff in the TY classifieds and I would like to be able to give and recive ratings that affect the little box under your sig.

I searched but couldn't find any info...

Thanks, that adds to their Rep., is that the same on TY as the seller feedback?

There is a green square under his name that says A+++ Buyer/ Seller so the rep. adds to this?

Now the next question is there a way to look at a persons rep other than the little square under someones name?
