A Local Saturday Ride? (Twin Cities, MN)

I am not able to get to the MN Ride in Park Rapids. Is anyone available for a Saturday ride? I live the north metro area of the Twin Cities. The date could be open to discussion of course.

Where and when are you thinking ?

There is a decent trail system around here in lake minnetonka area but it gets pretty beat up.....

I know I will go for a ride on Sunday if you want to join me...

You know that is what I want but 8 hours driving is going to kill me....Can we ride closer somewhere....?
 
Maybe we can plan for March...? Do you think it might be good if I go middle of march or so....? I think we already talked about this last year....LOL

I tought next Sunday works for you.....Maybe we can meet sometime midmorning, take a spin on Lake Minnetonka, even go for brunch I know a few places.....or just ride the trails......

Went out today for a 60 mile ride, 2.5 hours, I rode mostly trails and a little bit of lake, it was great, a lot of sleds out there, Hopefully we get a few more inches by next weekend, trails where 7 in a scale from 1 to 10. they are a little bumpy but no dirt, some icy corners.....

Call me so we can plan for next weekend....

Hey Nick, Just heads up, my wife volunteered me to fill in at my daughter's Sunday School class. It doesn't get done until 12:15. I would still like to ride, if my sled is back together. An option would be for you to meet me at my house around 12:30, there's a trail 10 minutes from my house, we'd have to trailer there. But you wouldn't have to wait til 1:15 or so for me to get to your house. I've only been on the trail a little bit, but I have a trail map. Of course this is all if, my sled is done. -Andy

No problem, lets just make sure there is snow on that trail on Sunday. See if you can do some research and look up the conditions.....

where do you live in mound?

i live by the timber creek golf course,what do you have for sleds a friend and i are going from hinkley to grand rapids sat and staying at my parents place you can join if you want but you will need to tow your sled to hinkley
 
I just got back from my hand surgery and I can't ride this coming Sunday, should we get together the next one and ride to the Waconia show ?

Marty: I'm a few blocks away from lynwood and commerce. What do you say about next Sunday, feb. 1st...? Are you planning to go to the TY ride in MN ?
