147,5 mains straight across, 40 pilot jets. Fuel screw 1,5 turns out puts you real close at -15 degrees Celcius (for you to convert).

It won,t idle or start well with 40 pilots. u need 52.5. 147.5 mqains is on the edge.

It idles perfectly Turk. I know you have done this many many times, but I have dynofigures that prove my setup (setup is made for 0-3000 ft). It idles perfect when warm and it starts great. I had 150 mains straight across and 52,5 pilots when I came in to the dynotest and it bottomed out at 0,73 BSFC at 8700 rpms. I enclose the dynosheet.

Changed to 147,5 straight across and 40 pilots. Fuelscrew 1,5 turns out and the throttleresponse is CRISP. Only an SRX set up just right can compete. BSFC bottoms out at 0,64 at 8700 rpms.

The low hp is due to worn out pistons and rings (+8000 kilometers) so it lacks about 12 hp. Will be fixed until next season including some porting. =)

Clutching

I just bought a 02 700MM with the same setup-Benders and a stock 141, so what do we put in for weights on that setup? I ride at 2300' at home.....what changes do we make for mountain riding? I looked at the chart on TY but very little info on mountain max settings, especially for higher elevations....

This is the set-up I am running now- 8ca weights with no rivets P-P-P primary spring, green secondary at 70* straight 45 helix.

98 700 Mountain Max with Bender triples, 151x2" track 19-40 gears

150 mains 52.5 pilots 1.75 turns out needles raised 1/2 position from stock.

It isn't a great set-up for racing but so far it's the best one I've tried for climbing and boondocking.

I hAve bender triples on my 700 sx and my jetting is 150 mains 52.5 pilots and fuel screw 2 turns out and it always loads up and foulfouls plugs conStanly on low end can anyone help me out
