i recently blew my front right shock and was looking to replace it with ryde fx shocks from a 02 edge x 800...would these fit and would they be and upgrade to my xtc shocks?has anyone ever done his b4?

Those shocks would definitely be an upgrade, but I don't know if they will fit.

you need to make sure that the mounting is correct, that the length is the same or very close. The front end geometry isn't going to be exactly the same between the two sleds so how the shock valving will work out is anyones guess. With some modifying I put skidoo shocks on the front of my 02 sxr. The difference in ride is minimal to none.
