Made a trip up to munising this past week. Monday One of our sleds broke down, but my uncle and I made a run from Munising to Grand Marai. The trail was like a highway. Absolutely no bumps and hardly anyone on the trail. Then made a run from Grand Marai - to Seney. That was surprisingly very smooth as well! Then went back to Munising. Never has Seney been this smooth since i've been going up there. Ended up with about 205 miles that day.
Tuesday we got a late start. Only ended up going to Buckhorn, to Nomad, to Shingleton area.. about a 110 mile run. The the trails were perfect.
I'm headed back up to Munising Monday and Tuesday. Should be staying up there a few days and hitting up Newberry and St Ignace or so. I will let you guys know if I hear about any of the other ones! I believe i'll be going with a group of about 6 or 7.
