There are 4 holes on the secondary. There is a small piece of metal sticking out of one of them. I think it is the tool for changing the belt but not for sure. If you think it is a broken piece of the tool how would I get it out. I do not have a tool on my tool box for that. That is why I assume it was broke off in there. Any advice or suggestions would be very appreciated. Thanks in advance, Jason

I'll have to take a second look to see if it is the spring. It sticks out about a quarter of an inch. Would that be the spring?
that would be your secondary spring. this is entertaining. don,t try removing it. It is 16" long & holds stuff together, I want to see a you tube video of you trying to pull it out.
