I recently purchased a 95 Phazer II ST that had some sort of aftermarket pipe on it. The pipe is polished or stainless, but has no numbers, names or markings on it. Having had the carbs off to clean and inspect them, I've discovered the left cylinder's main is 147 and the right's is 150. Now doing some digging on this and other sites, I've discovered my pipe looks exactly like this picture "gpxsrxracer" posted of a DG single pipe (except the finish):

(I couldn't figure out how to post the actual picture here...)

Questions:
Where can I find info on DG pipes?
Does/did DG make this same pipe in stainless or polished?
What are/where can I find the jetting specs for this pipe? (to confirm the 147 and 150)

Also, I've heard/seen briefly of a Phazer Carb Update - is this for real, and should I do the same with my carbs?

To find information on the pipe, do a web search.

DG pipe "phazer"

and settle in for some reading.

Dynotech would probably have a dyno test on the pipe - you will need to buy an on-line subscription to get it.

There has been information here on the carb mod. Try a search. I have not done it, but I think it would be a good thing to do on a stock sled. But with the pipe on the sled everything changes.
