i got a 97 vmax xt 600 twin, i just put new rollers in it and stock weights with a new belt. it has no power what so ever out of the hole almost like i have to push it to get it to go. but if iam rolling along at 20-30 mph i got all the power i could ever ask for and at top range all the power i could ask for. i cleaned the crabs, and it still didn't slove the problem. what should i do now or does anyone know whats wrong with it. pm me if you wnat

make sure your e-brake is off.Maybe your clutch is binding..need new bushings also.

I have even driven with a broken primary spring and sled still moved.
Rpm,s should be about 75-7600 rpm when u wack the throttle & climb to 7800 rpm.
spring is good and bushings are all good e brake is completely off, works great on top end it is not turning over 8 grand just got nothing at all on low end
did you put the right rivets in the weights?
yeah they are stock weights

you need to add a 3.6gram and a 4.5gram rivet to them.
