Bought a 92 phazer for my son, and it didn't come with an owners manual. Underneath the handlebars are 2 switches, one higher up the piece of plastic then the other.
Which one of these is the hand warmer switch, and what does the other one do? The upper one is stuck and I can not flip it either way.
Is the handwarmer switch either on, or off - or is there a midpoint in it for warm and warmer?

Im not certain anyone can actually answer that correctly. The reason being it may or not be stock and there for some one else installed it. No one will know what some one else has done. For a hand warmer there are normally 3 positions. One hi, low and center (which is normally off). What you need to do it open it up to take a look at the wiring. Check where the wire from the hand warmer goes and it will go to one of those switches. I have an 88 phazer and the top switch is for the thumb, on/off. The lower switch is for the hand warmers hi, low and center. Im not saying what position is hi or low cause the switch can be mounted either way. Mine was labled hi and low but it was wrong as I found out while using it. I just switched the labeling around. It is easy to take apart. I hope this helps. Good luck

I think the one that won't move tis your trip odometer. Try turning it.
Lone wolf is right, the hand warmer one has three positions.

I was asuming that you knew its a dial and not switch. There is a round dial on the left hand side under the handle bars that is to reset the millage. Please note that you can not go back to zero directly. You need to go forward all the way to 999 then back to zero.
