1 1/2" Bar Riser for a 95 V-max 600... Need longer cabl

I'm planning on installing a 1 1/2" bar riser on my 95 V-max 600. Will I need longer cables, or should I be okay?

I'm guessing the 95 V-max setup is similar to the 97 that I have even though it is a different body style. It calls for the same cables which makes me think this. Anyway, last year I put a two inch on my 97 and everything was fine except the oil cable. It pulled out of the adjustment housing when I turned and needless to say I went through a gallon of Klotz in about 250 miles. Seeing your a half inch shorter you may be alright and it may be possible for different routing of the cable on that body but if it is to short a Mountain Max Cable is 5" longer. Yamaha Part No. for this cable is 8CH-26320-01-00. Try your original first and make sure you check under the rubber sleeve over the oil pump adjustment and make sure it doesnt pull apart because it will catch the cable housing and stay out.
