Just picked up a 1" track pre-drilled for 144 studs.
I would like to know how long of studs I can run without any problems.

1.1875 in most sizes but some of them like Rotine, only go to a 1.08
If you've got the protectors installed, as I would hope you do if you plan on running studs, you can run up to 1.25 in some brands. I run Extreme Max 1.25s in my 99 SRX with no problems. However, the 1.25 Extreme Max stud is the equivilent to a Woody's 1.18 or thereabouts.

I am leaning towards the woodys goldiggers 1.175"
I was studded last year, so I have the protectors there.
Only had a stock track with 144 in it.
