Yamaha ET 340 primary sheave question ? HURRY !!

Is CS 340 clutch (year about -90?) suitable for -86 ET ?
And witch spring is better ? The old 5 labs or the new 4 labs?, both are 0,195 inch thin..

They are little different, the old model and new model..
