Hey Guys,
Has anyone ever replaced A W Arm on a SXR without pulling the skid, I have a small crack and was wondering if I should let it go till the spring.

I have pulled the w-arm off several times on both my sleds without removing skid.Seems to be a little tough getting the bottom bolt back on the front shock when puttting arm back in.Have lost my cool a few times over that bolt alone. But can be done.

pulling the skid is easy, then you can inspect/repair anything else while in there.

Cut and weld steel reinforcing plates for top and bottom of arm then you don't have to replace or remove Worked good for me.
