Hello everyone,
I'm trying to take out the carb on my vmax 600sx, however for the life of me I can't get the damn fuel lines to come off (i could only guess putting them back on will be worse).
I've tried twisting on them a bit with a pliers, tried using a pin and trying to break the bond/seal, tried pushing down on em just refuse to come off.
Its kind of cold where I am, and the lines seem solid, and sadly I have no real way to warm the sled up as I work on it outside.
Anyone got any other tips/tricks/suggestions? someone suggested a hair dryer but I'm exactly sure how safe that would be....
Thanks for any help.
Also, would cutting the lines and pulling them off be easier and just get new ones that are not frozen to put in? anyone know what size they are?

If they are that old and stiff I'd cut them off and start over.

I've got a whole box of it at home. I can look tonight if someone doesn't post it before then.

I believe it's 1/4 inch ID tubing.
