I've got a phazer with a few miles on it (9,100), and it needs some clutch work done. I pulled the Primary and tore it apart and found one of the weights broke in half, i'm guessing it did that because the plastic slides were sticking. I removed all the other weights, rollers, slides, etc and I dont see any damage to the clutch itself. So, my question is, do I rebuild this one or get a new primary? I looked up price of parts and it looks like for new weights, rollers, slides, washers is like $170. Should I only buy weights in a set and not just one individually, seeing as since one broke and they have a lot of miles on them another one will probably break too? Or should I just get an 'ok' used one and call it good? It is a "89F" primary.

new stuff is always the way to go for sure.depends on how much you ride the sled & would it be worth buying new vs- used??? but yeah if you can buy all three wieghts if you go new..if you dont .then i have one used primary still if you wanted that..
