I have an 04 Venture that I have steadily modified since I bought it. I recemtlypicked up a used 1.5" track off a mountain max. Everything went good untill I tried to roll the track. It's like the lugs are hitting on something, the track is notchy. I don't understand. There are no protectors on the heat exchanger and I can put my hand all the way up around the exchanger. I have Whal bros 9t anti ratchets in there now. Will I have to change drivers or is there something else I should look for?

you need to take 1/8 inch off of the tips of the extrovert divers.

You guys are golden. When I had her running on the stand I smelled plastic, just thought it was the slides, but NOW I think that it could have been ths tips of the drivers hitting the tips of the rails. Will confirm the hypothesis tomorrow at the shop. Oh when I get this puppy finished I will try to post some pictures.

wow this is f'ed up... i just got done installing a set of 9 tooth whal bros. anti ratchet drivers and when i was putting the suspension back in i noticed that the teeth on the drivers were contacting the top rail of the w-arm. an 1/8" would prolly be enough clearence. do i just remove it w/ a grinder?? i was comming on here to start a thread but someone beat me to it..
