99 Vmax 500 idles fine no power

Have a 99 vmax 500 which will idle fine but when given throttle, only comes to certain rpm and thats it. No power to move sled. Cleaned lower part of carbs, new jets. And i am overriding the tors system because it has been acting up as well. Any thoughts greatly appreciated!!

how did you over-ride the TORS? still sounds like maybe a TORS problem?

wiring harness under handlebar cushion has a white plug. This is the tors harness. Just use a small jumper wire. The tors makes a specific sound when its working. Mine is reving higher than the tors would let it. I guess by overriding the tors i may be causing more problems?
