Hey got a 95 yamaha bravo 250cc longtrack with no spark.
I got a service manual but it list alot of bravo models and not sure if it all relates to mine.
I check all switches, I tested the ignition coil and spark plug cap/plug, they all in specs.
Heres the part im getting messed up with, I checked the stator and Im getting 20 ohms on the pulse thats within specs, but I getting a 260 ohm reading on the other part. No my manual states different to different specs for that depending on the model i got, but my model 250T is not listed there at all, manual list a 250TV to have 275 ohm +-20% and 425 ohm+- 20% on a 250TJ.
If the stator is faulty should it not read any ohm?. Im leaning towards a faulty cdi, but have no spare one to test out.
Anyone else have this issue, and the correct specs for a 250T model?
