CDI compatibility - 99 SRX 700

Wondering what years, and also if they are the same from 600s to 700's

Now, I assume only 98 and 99 CDI can be interchanged, but any difference between 6 and 700's?

the 600 srx cdi i was told has a hotter timing curve. you don't need that w/todays crap gas. the '98 and '99 700 srx cdi boxes are interchangable. '00-'02 srx cdi box won't work on your '99.
