My Wife and I are heading out to the mountains (Kimberly BC) Next week to do some skiing/snowmobiling. I am bringing my 01 Summit 800 and my wife's 97 Phazer. The phazer has a 121x1.25" track. Its nice and light and won't be driven to agressivly by my wife so I think it will be fine. Don't plan on doing any crazy riding, just thought we would check out some of the local trails.
I know that my Summit is good to go as it has DPM which takes care of the carbs and fuel ratio. My question is what do I need to do to the wife's Phazer to make it good to go? The elevation is approx 3600 ft. I found a jetting chart online and it says I should go up one jet size from the 148.3 (Std) that I assume is in it to Jet #138.8. Is there anything else that should be done to it before we take it out there besides changing the main jets?
